Attendance at Court or Tribunal. 7.4.1 A long term Occasional Teacher shall be granted a leave of absence with pay by reason of a summons or a subpoena as a witness provided that he or she pays to the Employer, any fee, exclusive of traveling allowances and living expenses that he or she receives as a juror or witness.
