Common use of Attendance of Court Hearings Clause in Contracts

Attendance of Court Hearings. 1. Child Study Team members who are required to attend court hearings or prepare for testimony outside the regular workday shall be compensated at the rate of $62 per day. 2. Child Study Team members who are required to attend court hearings or prepare for testimony during the summer recess shall be compensated at the rate of $340 per day.
