Attendance Records. Exhibit E a) CONTRACTOR shall keep daily attendance of each pupil and shall report attendance monthly to LEA using the forms and methods issued by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction in January of each year. Such attendance shall be kept on attendance register forms approved by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. CONTRACTOR shall keep daily attendance and report attendance monthly to LEA using the form attached hereto as Exhibit E. b) CONTRACTOR shall permit LEA representatives, upon reasonable notice, to meet with staff of CONTRACTOR for the purpose of auditing attendance reporting.
