Attendance Requirement. Naturally, the Employer will expect the Employee to work at the time he or she is scheduled at the location he or she has agreed to. Some events may occasionally prevent this from happening (i.e. a severe traffic jam in multiple areas) thus rendering the Employee unable from fulfilling this obligation.
