Attendance Requirement. Naturally, the Employer will expect the Employee to work at the time he or she is scheduled at the location he or she has agreed to. Some events may occasionally prevent this from happening (i.e. a severe traffic jam in multiple areas) thus rendering the Employee unable from fulfilling this obligation. The Employer can set up a certain number of days when the Employee is allowed to not show up yet face no repercussions by defining this number in the space provided. XVI. Disability (54)
