Attendance Requirement. It is understood that employees in this unit may be required to be in attendance and working during scheduled performances in the Marin Center facilities and, if so required, will be compensated by the user of such facilities at the Theatrical Stage Employees’ prevailing wage rates. However, if the event is sponsored by the County, the provisions of this section apply.
