Common use of Attending Professional Development Events within Driving Distance Clause in Contracts

Attending Professional Development Events within Driving Distance. (with overnight stay) Certified participants approved by the Office of Curriculum, Instruction & Professional Development to attend PD events requiring overnight lodging will receive the district• approved meal per diem and reimbursement for mileage beyond the initial 30 miles from the participant’s place of employment. No additional reimbursements will be provided unless approved by the Director of Curriculum, Instruction & Professional Development.
