Common use of AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT. Should the City elect to procure any audio-visual equipment for use, either by the City or County, at the Library, the City shall provide such equipment, at its sole cost and expense. The City shall also maintain, at its sole cost and expense, any audio-visual equipment it procures. All such audio-visual equipment will be City Materials, as defined in Section 13(B) of this Lease.
