Audit Rights Period for Construction-Related Accounts and Records. Accounts and records related to the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of Project constructed by the Approved Project Sponsor shall be subject to audit and verification by the CAISO for a period of twenty-four months following the issuance of a final cost summary in accordance with Section 5.2.7.
