Common use of Auditor-General, Ombudsman and Commissioners Clause in Contracts

Auditor-General, Ombudsman and Commissioners. Without limiting clause 9.1, the Department’s rights under clause 9.1 apply equally to the Auditor-General, the Ombudsman, the Information Commissioner, the Privacy Commissioner, the Freedom of Information Commissioner or their delegates, for the purpose of each performing their functions or activities (as the case may be).
