Auditor-General, Privacy Commissioner and Ombudsman. The rights of Finance and the Customer under clauses 30.2(a) and 30.2(b) apply equally to the Auditor-General or a delegate of the Auditor-General, the Privacy Commissioner or a delegate of the Privacy Commissioner and the Ombudsman or a delegate of the Ombudsman for the purpose of performing the Auditor-General's, the Privacy Commissioner's or Ombudsman's statutory functions or powers (each an Authorised Investigator).

  • Function of Joint Health and Safety Committee All incidents involving aggression or violence shall be brought to the attention of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Employer agrees that the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall concern itself with all matters relating to violence to staff.

  • Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (a) A Nurse who is injured while at work and as a result of such injury is certified by a medical doctor as unfit to complete the working day, shall receive pay at the regular rate for time lost on the day that such injury is sustained and no deduction will be made from sick leave credits with respect to that particular working day.

  • Health and Safety Representatives 58.1 The Employer and its Employees will comply with Part 7 of the OHS Act – Representation of Employees in relation to the establishment of designated work groups and the election of Health and Safety Representatives.

  • Joint Health and Safety Committee i) Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Joint Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative selected or appointed by the Association from amongst bargaining unit employees from each Hospital site.
