Common use of Auditor General Clause in Contracts

Auditor General. The Auditor General may, at the Auditor General’s cost, conduct an audit with respect to the use of any Funds under this Agreement. For the purposes of facilitating such an audit, the Recipient shall release to Ontario upon request and in a timely manner, for the purpose of releasing to the Auditor General: (a) All records held by the Recipient, or by agents or contractors of the Recipient relating to this Agreement and/or the use of the Funds; and (b) Such further information and explanations as the Auditor General, or anyone acting on behalf of the Auditor General, may request relating to any part of this Agreement or the use of the Funds.
