Audits, Inspection. and EnforcementCDPH may inspect the facilities, systems, books and records of Contractor to monitor compliance with this Exhibit. Contractor shall promptly remedy any violation of any provision of this Exhibit and shall certify the same to the CDPH Program Contract Manager in writing.
