Authorisation of and Accounting for the use of Time Off Resources. Both managers and employee representatives may make a call upon the resource available where these calls have not been agreed at the start of the resourcing year. Managers may approach the appropriate employee representative in relation to engaging in Employment Relations Duties at any time and it is expected that employee representatives will give such approaches the utmost consideration. Equally, employee representatives may approach management in relation to engaging in Employment Relations Duties or Trade Union Activities at any time and the same level of consideration will be afforded. The usage of such time must be authorised by management and accurately accounted for and be deducted at monthly intervals from the start-of-year total hours available. The form shown at Annex F shall be used for this purpose. A monthly return shall be submitted by the Establishments HR Business Partner to Employee Relations and Reward Team (ER&R) who will provide a copy to the TUS Secretary to show resource take-up against start of year provision. Returns will be regularly reviewed by HR and the TUS at national level.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).
