Recording Secretary The Board may appoint a Recording Secretary who is a staff member. The Recording Secretary shall:

Voter Registration: When designated by the Secretary of State Party agrees to become a voter registration agency as defined by 17 V.S.A. §2103 (41), and to comply with the requirements of state and federal law pertaining to such agencies.
Governing Board Reporting (a) The School shall notify the Commission within 14 business days of any membership changes on the School’s Governing Board.

Department of State Registration Consistent with Title XXXVI, F.S., the Contractor and any subcontractors that assert status, other than a sole proprietor, must provide the Department with conclusive evidence of a certificate of status, not subject to qualification, if a Florida business entity, or of a certificate of authorization if a foreign business entity.
Chairman and Secretary The Local Union shall select the Union representatives and the Chapter shall select the management representatives.
REGISTRATION WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE Any business intending to transact business in Montana must register with the Secretary of State. Businesses that are incorporated in another state or country, but which are conducting activity in Montana, must determine whether they are transacting business in Montana in accordance with 35-1-1026 and 35-8-1001, MCA. Such businesses may want to obtain the guidance of their attorney or accountant to determine whether their activity is considered transacting business. If businesses determine that they are transacting business in Montana, they must register with the Secretary of State and obtain a certificate of authority to demonstrate that they are in good standing in Montana.
