Authority Changes – Notice of Change. The Authority Notice of Change shall: set out the change in Contractor Deliverables required in sufficient detail to enable the Contractor to calculate and provide a change proposal identifying the change in Contract Price as a result of the change in accordance with clause 3 below (the "Change Proposal"); and require the Contractor to provide the Authority with the Change Proposal within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of the Authority Notice of Change.
