Authority for Use of Streets. A. For the purpose of operating, maintaining, and constructing a Cable System in the Franchise Area, Grantee may erect, install, construct, repair, replace, relocate, reconstruct and retain in, on, over, under, upon, across and along the Streets within the Franchise Area such lines, cables, conductors, poles, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, appliances, pedestals, attachments and other property and equipment as are necessary and appurtenant to the operation of the Cable System.

The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.
