AUTHORITY OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the University and the Consultant and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be modified only by a written instrument signed by both the University and the Consultant and the written instrument shall be an Amendment on the form contained in the Exhibits. B.
