Authority of Architect. Project Inspector, and DSA: Contractor hereby acknowledges that the Architect(s), the Project Inspector(s), and the Division of the State Architect have authority to approve and/or stop Work if the Contractor’s Work does not comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, and all applicable laws. The Contractor shall be liable for any delay caused by its non-compliant Work.

Authority of Architect. Notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof or of any Contract Document, no consent, decision, determination, approval or certification to be made by Architect hereunder shall be binding upon Owner unless and to the extent agreed to in writing by Owner.
