Stop Work definition

Stop Work means halting any current or ongoing progress of work due to poor workmanship or unsafe working conditions.
Stop Work means any action that stops or halts all affected employees from continuing to a task or operation immediately with no further progress expected until proper steps are completed.
Stop Work means an event where ENEL “Stop Work” policy, or equivalent policy, has been applied.

Related to Stop Work

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.
