Authority to Approve definition

Authority to Approve and “ATA” mean the individuals having the authority to approve requests for new CATS user accounts on behalf of the Contractor following the completion of the process detailed in Schedule N.
Authority to Approve means authority to designate appropriated funding for a specific procurement.
Authority to Approve means authority to expend funds in an amount not to exceed the amount authorized by the Board as part of the fiscal year budget, or as a respective augmentation thereto for a specific procurement.

Examples of Authority to Approve in a sentence

  • Subject to Clause 28 (Marketing), the Supplier shall not: make any press announcements or publicise this Framework Agreement in any way; or use the Authority's name or brand in any promotion or marketing or announcement of Orders, without Approval (the decision of the Authority to Approve or not shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • The Supplier shall not: make any press announcements or publicise this Call Off Contract in any way; or use the Contracting Authority name or brand in any promotion or marketing or announcement of orders, without Approval (the decision of the Contracting Authority to Approve or not shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • The Contracting Authority shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its decision to Approve or not the Security Management Plan pursuant to paragraph 96.3.2. However a refusal by the Contracting Authority to Approve the Security Management Plan on the grounds that it does not comply with the requirements set out in paragraph 96.2 shall be deemed to be reasonable.
