Authority of Member in Charge. In case the Consultant consists of a joint venture/consortium/association of more than one entity, the Members hereby authorize the entity specified in the SC to act on their behalf in exercising all the Consultant’s rights and obligations towards the USF under this Contract, including without limitation the receiving of instructions and payments from the USF.

In case the Service Provider consists of a joint venture of more than one entity, the Members hereby authorize the entity specified in the SCC to act on their behalf in exercising all the Service Providers’ rights and obligations towards the Trust under this Contract, including without limitation the receiving of instructions and payments from the Trust.

In case the Consultant consists of a consortium of more than one entity, the Parties agree that the Lead Member shall act on behalf of the Members in exercising all the Consultant’s rights and obligations towards the Authority under this Agreement, including without limitation the receiving of instructions from the Authority and payment for Consultancy assignment. All communications/ correspondence/ commitments/ instructions for consulting whatsoever nature issued/received to/from Lead member will be on behalf of Consortium. Authority will not deal with other members of consortium except the Lead Member.

In case the Consultant is a Joint Venture, the members hereby authorize the Lead Member specified in the Consultant Proposal Form to act on their behalf in exercising all the Consultant’s rights and obligations towards the Client under this Contract, including without limitation the receiving of instructions and payments from the Client.
Authority of Member in Charge. 8.1 In case the Tenderer is a Joint Venture, the members hereby authorize them ember specified in the SCC toact on their behalf in exercising all the Tenderer's rights and obligations towards KoTDA underthis Contract, including without limitation the receiving of instructions and payments from KoTDA.

In case the Consultant is a JV, the Members hereby authorize the entity specified in the S CC to act on their behalf in exercising all the Consultant’s rights and obligations towards the Procuring Entity under this Contract, including without limitation the receiving of instructions and payments from the Procuring Entity.
Authority of Member in Charge. 1.7 Authorized Representa- tives In case the CONSULTANT consists of a joint venture/ consortium/ association of more than one entity, the Members hereby authorize the entity specified in the SC to act on their behalf in exercising all the CONSULTANT’s rights and obligations towards the CLIENT under this CONTRACT, including without limitation the receiving of instructions and payments from the CLIENT. Any action required or permitted to be taken, and any document required or permitted to be executed under this CONTRACT by the CLIENT or the CONSULTANT may be taken or executed by the officials specified in the SC.
