Authority of Senior Authority Officer. The Authority represents to the Grant Recipient that the Senior Authority Officer has full authority to act on its behalf for all purposes under the Project Documents. The Grant Recipient is entitled to treat any act of the Senior Authority Officer in connection with the Project Documents as being expressly authorised by the Authority (save where the Authority has notified the Grant Recipient that such authority has been revoked) and the Grant Recipient will not be required to determine whether any express authority has in fact been given. The Senior Authority Officer may authorise any of their subordinates to exercise any of their powers under any Project Document.
