AUTHORITY OF THE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR AND THE OWNER REPRESENTATIVE. 2.1.1 The Contract Administrator shall have no authority to bind the Owner, unless otherwise provided for in writing by the Owner. 2.1.2 The Owner Representative shall be the Owner’s representative during construction and until the issuance by the Contract Administrator of the Final Acceptance Certificate. Only the Owner Representative shall have the authority to bind the Owner for the purposes of the Agreement. The Owner Representative may be a Personnel of the Owner or any other Person including the same Person as the Contract Administrator. 2.1.3 The Owner Representative will execute Change Orders and Change Directives as provided in 7.2 - CHANGE ORDER and 7.3 -
