Authority Records. The Authority shall keep and maintain at the principal office of the Authority all documents and records of the Authority. The records of the Authority, which shall be available to the Parties, shall include a copy of this Agreement, any amendments to the Agreement, and any agreements under Article VI. The records and documents shall be maintained until termination of this Agreement and shall be returned to any successor entity or, if none, to the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
