Authority to Execute Contract. The Architectural Designer and the School District each represents and warrants that it has caused this Contract to be duly authorized, executed, and delivered by and through persons authorized to execute this Contract on its behalf.
Authority to Execute Contract. The undersigned officers and/or agents of the parties hereto are the properly authorized officials and have the necessary authority to execute this Contract on behalf of the parties hereto, and each party hereby certifies to the other that any necessary resolutions or other act extending such authority have been duly passed and are now in full force and effect.

It is represented herein that Dxxxxx Xxxxx has the full and complete authority to bind MACH 3 in executing the Distributorship Agreement and any other related agreements with DISTRIBUTOR. It is also represented herein that Dxxx Jxxxx X'Xxxxx has the full and complete authority to bind DISTRIBUTOR in executing this Distributorship Agreement and any other related agreements with MACH 3.
Authority to Execute Contract. Both CLIENTS and CONTRACTOR do covenant that each individual executing this CONTRACT on behalf of each party is a person duly authorized and empowered to execute contracts for such party.
