Distributorship Agreement definition

Distributorship Agreement means a written agreement between a supplier and a wholesaler pursuant to which the wholesaler has the right to purchase, resell, and distribute in a designated geographical area any brand of beer manufactured, imported, or distributed by the supplier.
Distributorship Agreement means this Agreement plus the version of the Product Reference Guide, in effect from time to time, for Products made available to Nortel Authorized Distributors under this Agreement. Nortel from time to time may have contractual arrangements for the distribution of other products or other terms and conditions, which will not be deemed subject to or available under this Agreement.
