Authority to Make Application. You may request SoFi HK to apply for Securities in a new listing and/or issue of Securities on any Exchange (“New Issue”) as your agent. SoFi HK is not obliged to accept such request. If SoFi HK accepts, you authorize SoFi HK to make such application on your behalf.
Authority to Make Application. In the event that the Client requests and authorizes GTJAS to apply for Securities in respect of a new listing and/or issue of Securities on the Exchange as the Client’s agent for the Client’s benefit or for the benefit of any other person, the Client hereby warrants for GTJAS’s benefit that at the time of such application, GTJAS has authority to make such application on the Client’s behalf.
Authority to Make Application. In the event that the Client requests and authorizes USL to apply for Securities in respect of a new listing and/or issue of Securities on the Exchange or securities exchange in other jurisdiction as the Client’s agent for the Client’s benefit or for the benefit of any other person, the Client hereby warrants for USL’s benefit that at the time of such application, USL has authority to make such application on the Client’s behalf.
Authority to Make Application. In the event that the Client requests and authorises uSMART SG to apply for Securities in respect of a new listing and/or issue of Securities on the Exchange or securities exchange in other jurisdiction as the Client’s agent for the Client’s benefit or for the benefit of any other person, the Client hereby warrants for uSMART SG’s benefit that at the time of such application, uSMART SG has authority to make such application on the Client’s behalf.
Authority to Make Application. In the event that you request and authorize CSSS to apply for Securities in a new listing and/or issue of Securities on any Exchange (the "New Issue") as your agent for your benefit, you warrant that at the time of application, CSSS has authority to make such application on your behalf.
Authority to Make Application. In the event that the Client requests and authorizes NECHK to apply for securities in respect of a new listing and/or issue of securities on the Exchange as the Client’s agent for the Client’s benefit or for the benefit of any other person, the Client hereby warrants for NECHK’s benefit that at the time of such application, NECHK shall have authority to make such application on the behalf of the Client.
Authority to Make Application. In the event that the Client requests and authorizes ZHANLIN to apply for Securities in respect of a new listing and/ or issue of Securities on the Exchange as the Client’ s agent for the Client’ s benefit or for the benefit of any other person designated by the Client, the Client hereby warrants for ZHANLIN ’ s benefit that at the time of such application, ZHANLIN has authority to make such application on the Client’ s behalf or on the behalf of any other person designated by the Client ( as the case may be).

In the event that the Client requests and authorises USPL to apply for Securities in respect of a new listing and/or issue of Securities on the Exchange or securities exchange in other jurisdiction as the Client’s agent for the Client’s benefit or for the benefit of any other person, the Client hereby warrants for USPL’s benefit that at the time of such application, USPL has authority to make such application on the Client’s behalf.
Authority to Make Application. In the event that the Client requests and authorizes Suntek to apply for Securities in respect of a new listing and/or issue of Securities on the Exchange as the Client’s agent for the Client’s benefit or for the benefit of any other person, the Client hereby warrants to and for Suntek’s benefit that at the time of such application, Suntek shall have authority to make such application on the behalf of the Client.
