Authority Under Applicable Law. The School, in the exercise of its management responsibilities has the authority under Applicable Law to: (i) contract with K12 to obtain the Administrative Services and Technological Services and all other programs and services under this Agreement; (ii) to execute, deliver, and perform this Agreement; and (iii) to incur the obligations provided for under this Agreement.
Authority Under Applicable Law. The District has the authority under Applicable Law (i) to contract with a corporate entity to perform the services, (ii) to execute, deliver, and perform this Agreement and (iii) to incur the obligations provided for under this Agreement.

Customer has the authority under Applicable Law to (i) contract with a private entity to perform the Educational Services, Administrative Services and/or Technological Services and all other programs and services under this Agreement, (ii) to execute, deliver, and perform this Agreement and (iii) to incur the obligations provided for under this Agreement.
