Authority’s Property Obligations. The Authority agrees to grant to the Contractor a further lease of Xxxxxx HWRC in the form of the lease set out in Schedule 4 (Lease) on the date of which the Contractor shall give not less than one (1) month’s notice to the Authority and in any event on the twentieth (20th) anniversary of the Commencement Date such lease to be a term commencing on the twentieth (20th) anniversary of the Commencement Date and expiring on the twenty fifth (25th) anniversary of the Commencement Date. This provision is intended to operate so that the Contractor has the same rights to a leasehold interest for a period coterminous with the other leases that have been granted in respect of the other Existing Facilities and the fact of a grant of a lease for twenty (20) years and an agreement for lease of a reversionary lease for a further five (5) years will not be taken to impact otherwise on the rights of the Contractor or the Authority under this Agreement.
