Rights of the Contractor. (1) The Contractor shall have the right to carry out the Petroleum Operations within theContract Area, subject to the provisions of this Contract for the term hereof.
(2) The Contractor is granted the right to enter upon the Contract Area and conduct Petroleum Operations there, but permission may be granted by the Government to other Persons to search for and mine minerals, other than Petroleum, so long as they do not interfere with the Petroleum Operations, and easements and rights of way may be granted to other Persons for the benefit of land adjacent to the Contract Area.
(3) The Minister shall facilitate on behalf of the Contractor any permit necessary to enable the Contractor to use the water in the Contract Area for the purpose of the Petroleum Operations but the Contractor shall not unreasonably deprive the users of land, domestic settlement or cattle watering place of the water supply to which they are accustomed.
(4) The Contractor may, for the purpose of the Petroleum Operations, use gravel, sand, clay and stone in the Contract Area but not in –
(a) Trust land without a licence granted under section 37 of the Trust Land Act;
(b) Other private land without the consent of the owner; and
(c) A beach, foreshore or reef without the consent of the Minister.
(5) Subject to the provisions of section 10 of the Act and of regulation 6 of the Regulations, and subject to the provisions of Chapter V and Articles 261 and 262 in the 5th schedule of the Constitution and Part IV of the Trust Land Act, the Contractor may exercise all rights granted to him by this Contract.
(6) Subject to the approval of the applicable Development Plan, the Contractor shall have the right to freely consume or re-inject, without being subject to any taxes, royalties or other payments, Crude Oil and Natural Gas from the Contract Area for the purpose of conducting the Petroleum Operations.
(7) As a result of conducting the Petroleum Operations, the Contractor shall have the right, without any additional payment, except for those payments provided for in this Contract, to:
(a) Enter into contracts with the other Parties for the services of their personnel or to provide services in relation to the Petroleum Operations; Production Sharing Contract Block L16 Ministry of Energy Page 19
(b) Arrange financing for a portion of the capital costs of the development operations to be undertaken by the Contractor, as determined by the Contractor;

Rights of the Contractor. Contractor may terminate a Contract upon thirty (30) Calendar Days prior written notice to the Agency, if Agency is in default of a Contract as described in Section 2.17.2.
Rights of the Contractor. 13.1.1 The Contractor has the right to carry out (through the Operator and/or Operator´s agents, contractors and subcontractors) the Petroleum Operations within the Contract Area for the term of the Agreement, subject to the Agreement and Law.
13.1.2 The performance of the Petroleum Operations by the Operator does not relieve the Contractor from any obligation or liability under the Agreement, and the carrying out of the Petroleum Operations by the Operator´s agents, contractors and/or subcontractors does not relieve the Operator (or the Contractor) of any obligation or liability under the Agreement.
13.1.3 The Contractor has been granted the right, subject to Law, to freely access and operate within the Contract Area and any facilities associated with Petroleum Operations wherever they may be located; perform or cause to be performed any infrastructure work required for carrying out, under normal economic conditions, Petroleum Operations and related activities, such as transportation and storage of equipment and substances extracted, establishment of equipment of telecommunications and lines of communication, as well as production and supply of energy required for Petroleum Operations. Permission may be granted to other Persons to search for and mine minerals, other than Petroleum, so long as they do not unreasonably interfere with the Petroleum Operations, and easements and rights of way may be granted to other Persons for the benefit of land adjacent to the Contract Area.
13.1.4 The Minister of Petroleum shall recommend to the relevant Somali official body (whether federal, regional or local) to grant the necessary Permit to the Contractor to access-
13.1.4.1 water in the Contract Area for the purpose of the Petroleum Operations, provided that the Contractor shall not unreasonably deprive the users of land, domestic settlement or cattle watering place of the water supply to which they are accustomed;
13.1.4.2 security within the Contract Area; and
13.1.4.3 any other services the Contractor may reasonably require for the purpose of performance of the Petroleum Operations.
13.1.5 Subject to the provisions of the Agreement, the Contractor may freely select its suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors.
Rights of the Contractor. A. The Authority hereby grants to the Contractor, subject to all terms, conditions and covenants of this Contract, the privilege and obligation to lease and manage leases for Airport terminal concession facilities that offer, sell, and promote food, beverages, and retail merchandise on the Premises as defined herein. These privileges are subject to the following limitations, among others:
1. Any airline operating at the Airport may provide, without charge, coffee to its passengers within its leased premises. The Authority may require that such airline purchase coffee from one or more of the food service operators at the Airport, subject to any other legal commitments between the Authority and the airlines that would prohibit the Authority from requiring such purchase from Airport food service operators.
2. Any airline operating a private club at the Airport may provide food and beverage service to its patrons in the club without charge and without obligation to purchase such food and beverages from an Airport food service facility.
3. Any airline or other airport tenant or the Authority may choose to provide food and beverages at private meetings, parties and receptions on the Airport using caterers other than Airport food service operators.
4. Nothing in this Contract shall prevent other Airport tenants from installing vending machines provided by subcontractors of their choice in their non- public leased premises.
5. The privileges granted under this Contract and under the leases to individual food service operators do not include the preparation or sale of in-flight meals to airlines operating from the Airport. The foregoing prohibition shall not preclude the preparation and sale of carry-on meals to passengers in the Airport by Airport food service operators
6. The privileges granted under this Contract and under the leases to individual Concession Operators do not include the sale of duty free and duty paid merchandise, advertising, ATMs, pay telephones, luggage carts, banking services, currency exchange, and internet access (any internet services provided must be conducted through the Authority’s designated wireless provider and a separate fee cannot be charged to the customer).
Rights of the Contractor. 5.4.1. The Contractor has the right to demand payment for the Services from the Customer.
5.4.2. Engage subcontractors to perform services under this Agreement. In such a case, the Contractor is responsible for the actions of subcontractors, as for his own.
5.4.3. The Contractor has the right to exercise free access to information located on the Customer's Website.
5.4.4. The Contractor has the right to disclose information about the Customer only in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Customer is registered as a legal entity or individual.
5.4.5. The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this offer unilaterally. The date of entry into force of changes to this offer is the date of their publication on the Contractor's website at xxxxx://xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/
5.4.6. The Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of services if the Customer does not provide the necessary information or provides false information, as well as in case of violation of the terms of payment by the Customer for the ordered services, until the Customer eliminates the reasons for the suspension.
5.4.7. The Contractor, for the duration of this agreement, has the right, at the bottom of each page of the website promoted by the Contractor, to make a link to the Contractor's website with an advertising description formulated as follows or similarly: "Website promotion in the Internet marketing studio Jobstudio". The line of the information part of the site, provided for by this clause of this agreement, cannot be changed or deleted. In case of violation of the specified condition, the Contractor has the right to recover from the Customer a penalty in the form of a penalty in the amount of 5 (five) euros for each day the site is used without a link to the Contractor's website.
5.4.8. The Contractor has the right to place a link to the Customer's website in the portfolio posted. on the website at xxxxx://xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/ .indicating information related to this project without the written permission of the Customer
5.4.9. The right not to accept for consideration the claims of the Customer, presented with a missed deadline, during which such claims can be made in accordance with this agreement;
5.4.10. The right to terminate this Agreement and delete the information posted by the Contractor to promote the Customer's website in the following cases:
a) if the Customer has not eliminated the violations of this Agreement committed by him within one month fr...
Rights of the Contractor. Contractor may terminate this Contract with ten (10) days’ written notice to Authorized Purchaser, if Authorized Purchaser is in default of this Contract as described in Section 2.18.2.
Rights of the Contractor a. To conduct Mining Operations within the confines of its Contract/Mining Area in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof and without interfering with the rights of other Contractors/Lessees/Operators/ Permittees/Permit Holders;
b. Of possession of the Contract Area, with full right of ingress and egress and the right to occupy the same, subject to surface and easement rights;
c. To use and have access to all declassified geological, geophysical, drilling, production and other data relevant to the mining operations;
d. To sell, assign, transfer, convey or otherwise dispose of all its rights, interests and obligations under the Agreement subject to the approval of the Government;
e. To employ or bring into the Philippines foreign technical and specialized personnel, including the immediate members of their families as may be required in the operations of the Contractor, subject to applicable laws and regulations: Provided, That if the employment connection of such foreign persons with the Contractor ceases, the applicable laws and regulations on immigration shall apply to them. Every time foreign technologies are utilized and where alien executives are employed, an effective program of training understudies shall be undertaken. The alien employment shall be limited to technologies requiring highly specialized training and experience subject to the required approval under existing laws, rules and regulations;
f. To enjoy easement rights and use of timber, water and other natural resources in the Contract Area subject to pertinent laws, rules and regulations and the rights of third parties;
g. Of repatriation of capital and remittance of profits, dividends and interest on loans, subject to existing laws and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas rules and regulations; and
h. To import when necessary all equipment, spare parts and raw materials required in the operations in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

Rights of the Contractor. The Contractor shall have the following rights:
a. The exclusive right to conduct Mining Operations in the Contract Area in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, the Act, IRR and other pertinent laws, rules and regulations, and to determine the timing, nature, extent and location of Exploration, Mine Development, construction, and the mining and treatment process to be utilized in the Mining Operations.
Rights of the Contractor. The City, during the term of this Contract, shall not enter into any contract with a third party to obtain the services performed by the Contractor under this Contract and shall not suffer or permit any other party to provide similar service within the territorial jurisdiction of the City. This Contract shall be exclusive and mandatory with the Contractor.
