NATURE OF LAND INTERESTS. 8.1 Licence 8.1.1 The Authority grants with effect from the Services Commencement Date until the Expiry Date (or, if earlier, the Termination Date) to the Contractor and to every Contractor Related Party and their sub-contractors with or without vehicles, plant and equipment, licence in common with the Authority, its Tenants and persons authorised by them and any Authority Related Party to occupy the Sites and to use the Ancillary Rights subject to the occupation of residents to enable the Contractor to discharge its obligations and exercise its rights under this Contract. In exercising its rights under such licence the Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to minimise any damage, inconvenience, disruption and disturbance to the Authority, its Tenants or to the owners, users and occupiers of any adjoining property and shall make good any damage caused and indemnify the Authority in respect of any losses and/or expenses incurred as a result, pursuant to and subject to Clause 56.1 (
NATURE OF LAND INTERESTS. 8.1 Ancillary Rights Subject to Clause 19.4 from the Effective Date until the Termination Date or the Expiry Date, whichever is the earlier, the Authority will afford the Ancillary Rights to the Contractor and Contractor Related Parties. The Additional Rights shall be exercised subject to the conditions set out in Section B of Schedule Part 16.

NATURE OF LAND INTERESTS. 7.1 Grant of the Leases
7.1.1 The Parties acknowledge that on the Commencement Date the relevant Council granted to the Contractor and the Contractor accepted a Lease of each Site (other than the Sinfin Site and the Bretby Site) each of which commenced on the Initial Services Commencement Date.
7.1.2 On or before the Amendment and Restatement Date, the relevant Council shall grant and the Contractor shall accept, Leases of each of the Sinfin Site and the Bretby Site.

9.1 From the Commencement Date until the Actual Completion Date or (if earlier) the Termination Date, the Authority shall grant to Project Co and Project Co Parties, or procure that Project Co and the Project Co Parties are granted:
9.1.1 access to the Site; and
9.1.2 the Ancillary Rights; in each case subject only to the Reserved Rights, the Title Conditions and the Authority’s rights under this Agreement and solely for the purposes of implementing the Works and carrying out Project Co's Pre-Completion Commissioning.

9.1.1 access to the Site; and
9.1.2 the Ancillary Rights; in each case subject only to the Reserved Rights, the Title Conditions and the Authority’s rights under this Agreement and solely for the purposes of implementing the Works and carrying out Sub-hubco'’s Pre-Completion Commissioning.
NATURE OF LAND INTERESTS. The Head Lease will be granted subject only to the Title Conditions and the Reserved Rights and any rights of way which are apparent from a visual inspection of the Site as at the Commencement Date.
