AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. If for any reason the Board fails to make a deduction for any employee as above provided, it shall make that deduction from the employee’s next pay in which such deduction is normally deducted after the error has been called to its attention (in writing) by the employee. The Association agrees to hold the Board and its designees harmless for any and all errors arising out of the dues deduction or service fee
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. It is agreed that the first Insured listed on the Schedule acts on behalf of all Insured(s) with respect to the exercise of all their rights and the discharge of all their duties in respect of this Policy. All other Insured(s) agree that the first Insured listed on the Declarations will act on their behalf.
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. By the acceptance of this Policy, the Insured named in the Declarations agrees to act on behalf of any entities defined herein as an Insured with respect to the giving and receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the acceptance of endorsements, the giving or receiving of any other notice provided for in this Policy and the submission and adjustment of claims, and all entities defined herein as an Insured agree that the Insured named in the Declarations will act on their behalf.
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. By acceptance of this policy, you agree that the statements in the application are your agreements and representations and that this policy is issued in reliance upon the truth of such representations. This policy embodies all existing agreements between you and us relating to this insurance.
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. By acceptance of this Policy, the Named Insured agrees to act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of notice of Claim or termination, the payment of premiums and the receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any other notice provided for in this Policy, and the Insureds agree that the Named Insured shall so act on their behalf.
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. By acceptance of this policy, the Principal Organization agrees to be the sole agent of and act on behalf of each Insured with respect to: the giving and receiving of notice of Claim or termination, the payment of premiums and the receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this policy, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this policy (except the giving of notice to apply for the Extended Reporting Period), the adjustment of loss amounts and the receipt of payment of loss. The Principal Organization agrees that it shall be responsible for the application of any such payment as provided in this policy. Each Insured agrees that the Principal Organization shall act on their behalf with respect to all such matters.
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. By acceptance of this Policy, all “Insured(s)” agree that the “Named Insured(s)” shall act on their behalf with respect to the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Policy, the payment of premiums and the receiving of return premiums and the negotiation and acceptance of any endorsement.
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. By acceptance of this Policy, the Named Sponsor agrees to act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of notice of Claim or termination, the payment of premiums and the receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any other notice provided for in this Policy, and the Insureds agree that the Named Sponsor shall so act on their behalf.
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. The named insured shall have the sole authority and responsibility to act on behalf of an insured with respect to: (a) the payment or return of premium; (b) the exercise of the rights provided in this policy regarding consent to settlement; (c) the exercise of the rights provided in this policy regarding the optional extended reporting period; and (d) the exercise of the rights provided in this policy regarding cancellation of the policy. All insureds understand and agree that the named insured has the authority set forth in the paragraph above. EXCLUSIONS
AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. By acceptance of this Policy, the Policy holder agrees to act on behalf of the Insured Persons with respect to giving and receiving notices of Claim, Event or circumstances, paying Premiums and receiving any return Premiums that may become due under this Policy, negotiating settlements, agreeing to endorsements, cancellation of this Policy, giving or receiving notices provided for in this Policy and exercising of the Discovery Period, and the Insured Persons agree that the Policy holder shall act on their behalf.
