Insured Persons. All natural persons listed in the in-house database of Medical Helpline Worldwide GmbH who hold a valid dive card professional and are specifically named on such card.
Insured Persons. The insurance policy covers the policyholder (the contractual partner of the lessor) and any persons who use the rental object during the total agreed rental period.
Insured Persons. Insured Persons are deemed to be those whose habitual residence is in Portugal:
a) The Policyholder, Insured and the spouse, or person in an identical situation, ascendants and descendants in the first degree or legally equivalent persons, when they cohabit with the Insured in the same household, regardless of whether they travel together or separately and regardless of the means of transport used;
b) The insured vehicle driver on a legitimate, legally qualified basis, as well as the people transported free-of-charge in the insured vehicle except for those who are transported on a hitching basis;
c) The workers or employees of the Policyholder and the legal representatives of the companies insured, during travel in which they use the insured vehicle as means of transport; Sole Paragraph: Xxxxxxxxx transported on a hitching basis means those who ask a driver in transit for a free ride in their vehicle.
Insured Persons. Insured Persons. ▪ any person having booked a plane ticket on the TAP Portugal web site and having applied for such insurance on the day of the booking; ▪ the physical persons mentioned by name under the heading "Insured Persons". The insured persons have to be domiciled in Belgium or in Luxemburg, and reside there for at least 9 months each year. In these general conditions the insured persons are being referred to by using terms as “you” and “your”. In this text the word “Belgium” is systematically replaced by “Luxemburg” for the persons domiciled in Luxemburg.
Insured Persons. The following are Insured Persons under this form:
1. If the Coverage Type shown for this form on the “Policy Declarations” is INDIVIDUAL, each person named on the “Policy Declarations”.
2. If the Coverage Type shown for this form on the “Policy Declarations” is GROUP:
a. If an individual, the Insured named on the “Policy Declarations”;
b. If the Insured named on the “Policy Declarations” is a joint venture, limited liability partnership or partnership, each member of and partner in such joint venture, limited liability partnership or partnership;
c. If the Insured named on the “Policy Declarations” is an association or limited liability company, each “executive officer”, director, manager and member of such association or limited liability company;
d. If the Insured named on the “Policy Declarations” is a condominium corporation constituted under provincial or territorial legislation relating to condominiums or co-ownership by declaration, a strata corporation in the Province of British Columbia or a divided co- ownership syndicate in the Province of Quebec, each “executive officer” and director of such condominium corporation, strata corporation or divided co-ownership syndicate;
e. If the Insured named on the “Policy Declarations” is a trust, each trustee;
f. If the Insured named on the “Policy Declarations” is an organization not described in V. 2. a., b., c., d. or e., each “executive officer” and director of such organization; and
g. Each “employee” of the Insured named on the “Policy Declarations”, except an “executive officer” or manager.
Insured Persons the subscriber and beneficiary of the ordered tickets. The insured persons have to be domiciled in a member state of the European Union or in Switzerland except for those areas that are not a geographical part of Europe and reside there for at least 9 months each year. In these general conditions the insured persons are being referred to by using terms as “you” and “your”.
Insured Persons. 4.2.1 The insured persons under the driver's insurance are: Compensation – death: The policyholder's/registered user's spouse/partner or – where such spouse/partner is not left behind - resident children below 25 years of age at the time of the accident. Compensation - bodily injury (permanent disabilities): The policyholder/registered user of the vehicle.
4.2.2 In this driver's insurance, the term "partner" means the person with whom the policyholder/registered user lives together with (registered on the same address in the Danish Centralised Civil Register (in Danish: Det Centrale Personregister)) as husband and wife (reference is also made to section 13 of Danish Liability In Dam- ages Act).
Insured Persons. Any self employed contractor as declared by the Insured, whilst working on a contract for the insured or any self employed contractor declared as an Employee by the Insured who has not opted out of this scheme. Operative Time: Occupational and Commuting
