Sole Agent. The Union is the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer save and except Managers, persons above the rank of Manager, contract employees defined under Article 7 - , employees employed in the Human Resources Department, confidential secretaries, security guards, shelf readers, pages, casual part-time helpers and students employed during the school vacation period.
Sole Agent. The Board agrees not to negotiate or to consult with any other employees’ organization with regard to items contained in this Agreement, unless an election (pursuant to the IELRA) results in the certification of a different negotiating representative.
Sole Agent. By acceptance of this policy, the NAMED INSURED agrees to act on YOUR behalf with respect to:
a. Exercising the option to purchase an Extended Reporting Period;
b. The giving and receiving of notice of CLAIM(S) or cancellation; and
c. The payment of premiums that may become due under this policy. Each of YOU agrees that the NAMED INSURED will act on YOUR behalf.
Sole Agent. For the purpose of negotiating changes under this policy or for cancellation of this policy and for payment of the premium the Insured first named in the Declarations (hereinafter called “the First Named Insured”) shall be deemed the sole agent of each Insured.
Sole Agent. In all matters relating to this Agreement, including the resolution of any disputes relating to this Agreement between any members of different Groups, (i) Tenneco shall be the sole agent for the members of the Energy Group, (ii) Industrial Company shall be the sole agent for the members of the Industrial Group, and (iii) Shipbuilding Company shall be the sole agent for members of the Shipbuilding Group. No member of any Group shall have any authority to represent itself in any such matter or to terminate such agency without the prior written consent of each party hereto.
Sole Agent. The Named Insured shall act on behalf of all other Insureds, if any, for the payment or return of premium, receipt and acceptance of any endorsement issued to form a part of this policy, and giving and receiving notice of cancellation or non-renewal.
Sole Agent. In all matters relating to this Agreement, including the resolution of any disputes relating to this Agreement between any members of different Groups, (i) NextLevel Systems shall be the sole agent for the members of the NextLevel Systems Group, (ii) CommScope shall be the sole agent for the members of the CommScope Group, and (iii) GS shall be the sole agent for members of the GS Group. No member of any Group shall have any authority to represent itself in any such matter or to terminate such agency without the prior written consent of each party hereto.
Sole Agent. The Board recognizes the Union as sole bargaining agent for the SEDOL employees as defined elsewhere herein. All collective bargaining shall be conducted between the authorized representatives of the Union and the Board. The Board shall negotiate with no other individual, group, or organization purporting to represent a teacher or teachers, nor with any individual teacher for himself/herself on matters covered by this Agreement.
Sole Agent. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for those employees in the bargaining unit as stated in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority issued by the Labour Relations Board of B.C. and amendments thereto.
Sole Agent. COLLECTIVEAGREEMENT, APRIL -MARCH The Union is the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer save and except Managers, persons above the rank of Manager, contract employees defined under Article employees employed in the Human Resources Department, confidential secretaries, security guards, shelf readers, pages, casual part-time helpers and students employed during the school vacation period. No employee shall be required or permitted to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer or her representativewhich may conflict with the terms of this Collective Agreement except by the mutual consent of the Union and the Employer
