Authorization of Deductions. The College will deduct from the pay of the members of the Association covered by this Agreement any dues, assessments, and fees levied in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association and its affiliates. Deductions shall be made or changed only following Human Resources’ receipt, from the Association Treasurer and executed by Association members for that purpose, of an individually signed OEA Membership Enrollment Form.
