Authorization of Signatory. By his or her signature on this Agreement, the LPA certifies that the signatory has legal and actual authority as representative and agent for the LPA to enter into this Agreement. The LPA agrees to take any administrative and/or legal steps as may be required to give full effect to the terms of this Agreement.
