Sponsor Responsibilities. In exchange for recognition noted in #2 above, Xxxxxxx agrees to:
a. Sign agreement and return two weeks from executed agreement date
b. Submit Firm Logo (logo should be sent as an EPS, AI or TIFF file if available – otherwise please submit a hi res PNG file with minimum resolution of 300dpi)
c. Submit the following by Wednesday, October 13, 2021
a. Table guest names (10)
b. VIP Reception guest name (as noted in #2 above)
Sponsor Responsibilities. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be understood as granting or delegating to KCE any specific sponsor responsibilities under applicable laws, and KCE shall under no circumstances be regarded as the sponsor of the Study-INT or the sponsor of Study-BE.
Sponsor Responsibilities. 1. The Sponsor will be responsible for championing the effort of obtaining political and public support of the Project.
2. The Sponsor will be the public face of the Project for purposes of leading outreach efforts to local stakeholders and community members, including coordination of public meetings and solicitation of public comment.
3. The Sponsor will provide input and oversight based on local policies and desires regarding the outcome of and deliverables of the Project.
4. The Sponsor will actively participate in the PDT meetings related to the Scope of Work.
5. The Sponsor may, at its discretion, review any professional services agreements, change orders and any other agreements that the TA has entered into for the performance of Scope of Work; however the TA retains ultimate authority over contracting and related decisions.
6. The Sponsor may, at its discretion, review the work products and deliverables produced by the TA and/or its contractors/consultants for the Scope of Work, including reports, designs, drawings, plans, specifications, schedules and other materials; however, the TA retains authority to accept or reject contractor/consultant work.
7. The Sponsor will approve or endorse, in writing, the final deliverables or work products produced by the TA and/or its contractors/consultants for the Scope of Work.
8. The Sponsor will review progress reports prepared and provided by the TA.
9. The Sponsor may, at its discretion, review and audit invoices and other documentation of the expenditure of Measure A funds allocated for the Scope of Work, however the TA retains ultimate authority for expenditure of Measure A funds on the Project.
Sponsor Responsibilities a. Provide camera-ready art for products’ logos for flyers, registration forms, advertisements, etc. to be produced and distributed by R.C.R.D.
b. Provide a banner with sponsor’s logo to be displayed when required.
Sponsor Responsibilities. 3.11.1 The INSTITUTION´s employees data and the Investigator’s personal data are processed by SPONSOR in accordance with the applicable data protection laws for the purpose of complying with clinical practice regulations and for answering requests from the authorities. These data can be transmitted and processed under the responsibility of SPONSOR for the same purpose.
3.11.2 The SPONSOR is responsible for holding in each of the performing countries separated insurance coverage, as required by applicable legislation. INSTITUTION will help the SPONSOR select and arrange insurance coverage for damages to Clinical Trial Subjects resulting from the Clinical Trial.
3.11.3 SCIDERM warrants and declares that it has sufficient professional liability coverage.
3.11.4 Notwithstanding the SPONSOR's obligation to maintain Clinical Trials Insurance as provided under the respectively applicable Law, the INSTITUTION is responsible that all Investigators and Sites maintain adequate medical practice and/or other insurance to cover its obligations hereunder.
3.11.5 SPONSOR is responsible for labeling and distribution of Investigational Product (incl. placebo).
3.11.6 SPONSOR is responsible to contract with the Coordinating Investigator (LKP) of the Study (see Art. 3.5.2.1)
Sponsor Responsibilities. In consideration of the rights and benefits granted to Sponsor herein, Sponsor agrees to provide University with:
Sponsor Responsibilities. The Sponsor shall carry out the responsibilities established by law, including:
(a) Monitor the School’s compliance with all laws applicable to the School and with the terms of this Contract;
(b) Monitor and evaluate the academic and fiscal performance and the organization and operation of the School on at least an annual basis, which evaluation shall be based on the performance requirements set forth in Attachment 11.6, state report cards, and any other analysis conducted by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (DEW) or the Sponsor and shall be reported on an annual basis to the DEW and to the parents of students enrolled in the school;
(c) Review the financial and enrollment records of the school at least once per month with the Governing Authority or Fiscal Officer and provide a written report regarding the review within ten (10) days after the review;
(d) Provide technical assistance to the School in complying with this Contract and with applicable laws, provided, however, that Sponsor shall not be obligated to give legal advice to the School;
(e) Offer other activities, as determined by the Sponsor, specifically designed to benefit the School;
(f) Take steps to intervene in the School’s operation to correct problems in the School’s overall performance, declare the School to be on probationary status pursuant to R.C. 3314.073, suspend operation of the School pursuant to R.C. 3314.072, or terminate or non-renew this Contract pursuant to R.C. 3314.07, as determined necessary by the Sponsor;
(g) Establish a plan of action to be undertaken if the School experiences financial difficulties or closes before the end of the school year, which plan shall be set out by the Sponsor as and when financial difficulties arise in a customized tailored manner to address the source of difficulties; and
(h) Report on the amounts and types of expenditures made to provide monitoring, oversight, and technical assistance to sponsored schools, pursuant to the specific requirements of R.C. 3314.025.
Sponsor Responsibilities a. Sponsor agrees to provide Student with notice of applicable internship policies, procedures, and rules including remote-work policies, expectations, and safety requirements when students are required to work from locations other than the internship sponsor.
b. Sponsor agrees to provide to Student appropriate orientation and training regarding the internship position, the department, and organization.
c. Sponsor agrees to provide a suitable, safe, and secure working environment for Student by:
i. Informing Student in advance of any potential personal health or safety risks that may be inherent at the internship site such as hazardous chemicals or materials, driving on behalf of the organization, safety of the location/neighborhood, security of the building, etc.;
ii. Providing (at internships which present exposures to hazard) personal protective equipment, including gloves, masks, and other supplies necessary to comply with health and safety laws and regulations, including OSHA standards as may be applicable and appropriate to Student’s internship participation;
iii. Notifying Student’s RISD Department Head, RISD Internship Advisor, and RISD’s Career Center Internship Manager, as soon as practical, of any accident or exposure to generally harmful conditions or medical treatment of any student while at the internship site; and
iv. Providing resources, equipment, technology, hardware, software and facilities to sufficiently support the student’s work;
d. Xxxxxxx agrees to refrain from offering the student employment that would interfere with or terminate the student’s education at RISD.
e. Xxxxxxx agrees that to comply in every respect with any and all applicable State and Federal statutes. Further, it is agreed that the Equal Employment Opportunity Act has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at RISD as well as Sponsor’s organization, where employment actions are based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without unlawful discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics, or any other protected characteristic as established by law. Additionally, Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with Curricular Practical Training (“CPT”) requirements of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for international students undertaking an internship in the United States.

Sponsor Responsibilities. 9 a) The Sponsor shall conduct initial evaluations of students referred for 10 potential ESE placement in accordance with federal and state mandates.
