Common use of Authorization of Temporary Entry Clause in Contracts

Authorization of Temporary Entry. 1. In accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, including those contained in the Annex to Article 13- 04, each Party shall authorize the temporary entry of business persons who comply with the immigration regulations in force, with other applicable measures relating to public health and safety, as well as those relating to national security.
