AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Bank is hereby authorized to make loans and advances hereunder upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an officer, employee, or representative of Borrower, or at the discretion of Bank if said loans and advances are necessary to meet any Obligations of Borrower to Bank. Bank shall have no duty to make inquiry or verify the authority of any such party, and Borrower shall hold Bank harmless from any damage, claims or liability by reason of Bank's honor of, or failure to honor, any such instructions.
AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Lender is hereby authorized to make loans and advances hereunder upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an officer, employee, or representative of Borrower, or at the discretion of Lender if said loans and advances are necessary to meet any Indebtedness of Borrower to Lender. Lender shall have no duty to make inquiry or verify the authority of any such party, and Borrower shall hold Lender harmless from any damage, claims or liability by reason of Lender's honor of, or failure to honor, any such instructions.
AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Borrower hereby authorizes and directs Agent to disburse for and on behalf of Borrower, and for Borrower’s account, the proceeds of Loans made by Agent and Lenders to Borrower pursuant to this Loan Agreement to such Person or Persons as Borrower or any Person specified in Section 13.10 of this Loan Agreement shall direct, whether in writing or orally.
AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Seller and Purchaser hereby direct, request and authorize the Disbursing Agent to make disbursements in the amounts and to the payees indicated on the Attachments.

Borrower hereby authorizes and directs Lender to disburse for and on behalf of Borrower, and for the Borrower’s account, the proceeds of Loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Loan Agreement to such Person or Persons as Borrower or any Person specified in Paragraph 12.11 of this Loan Agreement shall direct, whether in writing or orally, except that after the initial disbursement hereunder by Lender, any borrowing of $50,000 or more shall require the written approval of Xxxx Xxxx or such other Person as he may designate in writing to Lender.

AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Bank shall have received an Authorization to Disburse, on Bank’s standard form therefor, duly executed by Borrower, directing Bank to disburse the proceeds of the Revolving Loans as provided for in Section 2.3(a) hereof;

Bank shall have no duty to make inquiry or verify the authority of any such party, and Borrower shall hold Bank harmless from any damage, claims or liability by reason of Bank's honor of, or failure to honor, any such instructions except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Bank.
AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Bank is hereby authorized to make loans and advances hereunder upon prior written request (which may include, without limitation, a written request in the form of an electronic mail transmission) from a Person purporting to be an authorized officer, employee, or representative of Borrower, or at the discretion of Bank if sold loans and advances are necessary to meet any indebtedness of Borrower to Bank. Bank shall have no duty to make inquiry or verity the authority of any such party, and Borrower shall hold Bank harmless from any damage, claims or liability by reason of Bank's honor of, or failure to honor, any such instructions.
