Except for emergencies, compelling circumstances, subpoenas, or search warrants, access to surveillance data must be authorized in advance and in writing by the Superintendent/President, Vice President of Administrative Services, Head of Security, Director of Maintenance and Operations, or the Chief Human Resources Officer. This authority may not be delegated to another District employee, except in the case of emergency, compelling circumstances, or compliance with legal requirements noted in paragraph 22.1.5.4, above.
