Common use of Authorized Account or Card users Clause in Contracts

Authorized Account or Card users. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Account or Card. If you permit another person to have access to the Account number(s), Card, Card number(s), or PIN, we will treat this as if you authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of the Account according to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
