Authorized Bidders. Bidder must notify ARS in writing of all individuals authorized to submit bids on behalf of Bidder. Limits as to the number of authorized individuals on Bidder's account may be imposed at the sole and absolute discretion of ARS. Notification shall include the name, telephone number, fax and email address of each authorized individual named on Bidder's account. ARS shall be entitled to conclusively rely on any communication received by ARS purporting to be from any such authorized individual unless Bidder has notified ARS in writing prior to such communication that the individual is no longer authorized to submit bids on behalf of Bidder.

Authorized Bidders. Businesses registered as Premier Members may authorize up to three individuals to submit bids on behalf of the company, including the owner. Authorization of more than three individuals to submit bids is subject to Copart's discretion and may require payment of additional fees.

All payments due under this Clause 15 due shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date that the Parties agree that the payment is due (unless agreed otherwise) and shall be made in cleared funds, to such bank or building society account as the recipient Party may from time to time direct.

  • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. Whenever the City determines that it will fill a vacancy in a new or existing job, present employees shall be given the first opportunity on the following basis: the City may choose from among the two (2) most senior qualified bidders for 25% of all vacancies occurring within a bureau in a Fiscal Year. Prior to posting, the City must identify a posting as one which will be subject to this provision.

  • Eligible Bidders 3.1 This Invitation for Bids is open to all bidders from the eligible countries as defined under the IBRD Guidelines for Procurement. Any materials, equipment, and services to be used in the performance of the Contract shall have their origin in the eligible source countries.
