Authorized Individuals definition
Authorized Individuals shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.02(i).
Authorized Individuals means Supplier’s and its Affiliates’ employees specifically authorized to perform activities contemplated under this Agreement and acting within the scope of such authorization.
