Common use of Authorized Support Contacts Clause in Contracts

Authorized Support Contacts. 1.4.1 Client may designate a limited number of Client personnel (“Authorized Support Contacts”), for LMS administration authorized by Client to interact with Absorb for LMS support. Authorized Support Contacts must be full-time employees of Client or contractors acting as full-time employees. The number of Authorized Support Contacts is limited as set forth below: Support Package: Authorized Support Contacts: Premium 3 Elite 5 1.4.2 Client and Absorb agree that Authorized Support Contacts must be trained on the Service prior to becoming an Authorized Support Contact. Training can be achieved either by (i) attending Absorb offered training, or (ii) by “train the trainer” training provided by another Authorized Support Contract resource who has been trained on the Service.
