Author's Warranty. The Author warrants that he or she is the sole owner of the Work and has full power and authority to make this agreement; that the Work does not infringe any copyright, violate any property rights, or contain any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter. The Author will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the University and/or its licensees against all claims, suits, costs, damages, and expenses that the University and/or its licensees may sustain by reason of any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter contained or alleged to be contained in the Work or any infringement or violation by the Work of any copyright or property right; and until such claim or suit has been settled or withdrawn, the University may withhold any sums due the Author under this agreement.
Author's Warranty. The Author represents and warrants as follows. That:

The Author will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the College and/or its licensees against all claims, suits, costs, damages, and expenses that Motlow State Community College and/or its licensees may sustain by reason of any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter contained or alleged to be contained in the Work or any infringement or violation by the Work of any copyright or property right; and until such claim or suit has been settled or withdrawn, Motlow State Community College may withhold any sums due the Author under this agreement.
Author's Warranty. (a) The Author warrants that he or she is the sole owner of the Author's contribution to the Work and has full power and authority to make this agreement; that he or she has made a good faith effort to follow the U.T. System Copyright Policy and that the contribution does not infringe any copyright, violate any property rights, or contain any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter.
Author's Warranty. The Author warrants that the Licensed Material is the Author's original work and that all material from other sources have been fully recognized, referenced and approved for the project
Author's Warranty. The Corresponding Author represents and warrants that the Work is the Authors’ original work and that it does not violate or infringe the law or the rights of any third party and, specifically, that the Work contains no matter that is defamatory or that infringes any literary or proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, or any rights of privacy. The Corresponding Author also warrants that he or she has the full power to make this agreement, and if the Work was prepared jointly, the Corresponding Author agrees to inform the Authors of the terms of this Agreement and to obtain their written permission to sign on their behalf. The Corresponding Author agrees to hold the Journal harmless from any breach of the aforestated representations.
Author's Warranty. Xxxx represents and warrants to WCFC that the work is original and that he is the sole author and proprietor thereof, and has full power to enter into this Agreement. Xxxx warrants that he owns all rights in the Products subject to the previous license dated June 26, 1997 with WCSI. Xxxx agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WCFC against any damage or judgment, including court costs and attorneys' fees, which may be sustained or recovered against WCFC by reason of the publication or sale of any of the Products arising from anything contained therein. Xxxx also agrees to reimburse WCFC for all expenses, including court costs, attorneys' fees, and amounts paid in settlement, sustained by WCFC in resisting any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding asserted or instituted against WCFC based upon the sale of the Product or by reason of anything contained therein.
Author's Warranty. The Author warrants that the Work is original, does not infringe any rights, and contains no libelous or unlawful material.
Author's Warranty. 1. The Author warrants to the Publisher that the Work is free of any legal defects, which means that the Author is the sole creator of the Work, the Work is an original and has never been publicly used by the Author (or any third person) to date, and that by using the Work (to the extent agreed in this agreement), neither the Publisher nor any third party whose authorization will derive from this agreement:
Author's Warranty. Author warrants that he/she has full power to make this agreement, that the Work does not infringe the copyright or other proprietary right of any other person; and that the Work contains no libelous or other unlawful matter, and no improper invasion of the privacy of any person. Author agrees to hold the Press harmless from any claim or proceeding instituted on the grounds that the Work infringes such rights or contains such harmful nature, and to indemnify us for reasonable expense that may be incurred against such claim or proceeding.
