Sign On means the actual time at which a crew member commences a duty. Sign Off: means the time at which a crew member completes all duties. Split Duty: a duty period or flight duty period, which contains a period of rest (not in- flight) during which the crew member is relieved of all duty. Standby: a period during which a crew member is required to be available at short notice to undertake a duty. Standby does not accumulate duty time, except for standby duties undertaken at the airport, however it is not time free of duty. Standby may be at the airport, hotel or at home. Suitable Resting Accommodation: an area which is environmentally conducive to rest, which contains a comfortable chair and at which the crew member has access to sustenance at times appropriate to the flight duty requirements. Suitable Resting Accommodation may also include that which is aboard the aircraft. Suitable Sleeping Accommodation: a room with (normal) single occupancy, with the use of a bed and a comfortable chair. The room is to be subject to minimum noise levels, with facilities to control light, be well ventilated and with air conditioning (if available). The crew member shall have access to sustenance at times appropriate to the flight duty requirements. Time: where expressed in this document refers to local time, unless otherwise specified.   • Sign face means the entire area of the surface of a sign including the border or frame together with any material forming an integral part of the background of the display or used to differentiate the sign from the backdrop or building against which it is erected. Landlord and Tenant shall then arrange a mutually convenient time, no later than ten (10) Business Days after the anticipated Substantial Completion Date specified in Landlord’s notice, for Tenant and/or Tenant’s Architect (as defined below) and Landlord and/or Landlord’s Architect to conduct a walk-through inspection of the Base Building Improvements. During the inspection, Landlord’s Architect shall compile a punchlist of items yet to be completed. If Tenant or Tenant’s Architect shall fail to inspect the Base Building Improvements within ten (10) Business Days after the Substantial Completion Date specified in Landlord’s notice, the Base Building Improvements shall be deemed completed and satisfactory in all respects, and the Substantial Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Landlord’s notice. Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the remaining Base Building Improvements to have been completed on or before the Term Commencement Date in accordance with the Building Plans, the correction or completion of which items, collectively, will not substantially interfere with Tenant’s ability to occupy the Premises to commence the Tenant Improvement Work
