Automatic Term Renewal. If a Term is specified in the Agreement, then the Term shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year renewal terms under the same terms and conditions applicable to the original Term except as otherwise specifically stated in the Agreement, unless either party terminates this Agreement by providing to the other party, by certified mail return receipt requested, a written termination notice at least ninety (90) days prior to then scheduled expiration date of the Term (the “Expiration Date”), and in the event a party provides such termination notice, the Term shall terminate on the Expiration Date. Notwithstanding the above, in the event the Agreement would constitute a “Business contract” under section 139.49(1)(a) if not for the notice provisions of this sentence, then Client may also terminate this Agreement during any one year renewal term by providing the notice described in section 139.49(1)(a)11 of the Wisconsin statutes.

Automatic Term Renewal. Following the Initial SLA Term, the SLA Term shall automatically extend for the number and duration of Renewal SLA Terms set forth in the SLA, unless Licensee provides Licensor with the required advance written notice of its election not to renew the SLA Term as set forth in the SLA.
Automatic Term Renewal. The Tenant’s leasehold interests shall automatically renew on the Termination Date for a period of fifty (50) years, unless the Tenant provides written notice to the Landlord of its intention not to renew this lease thirty (30) days prior to the Termination Date. If Resident fails to vacate the bedroom space and apartment by the end of the Term or upon earlier termination of the Agreement, Resident will pay an administrative fee in the amount of $300.00 plus agreed holdover charges equal to three (3) times the daily pro- rated housing charges during the Term (but not more than the amount provided by law), plus associated expenses, including attorneys’ fees as allowed by law. In no event after termination or expiration of this Agreement will it be deemed to be renewed or extended.

  • Contract Term Extension “Contract Term Extension” means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension. When such extension is made, Forest Service shall make an appraisal using standard Forest Service methods and appraisal data in effect 45 days prior to the original Termination Date. Bid Premium Rates shall be added to such appraised rates to establish Flat Rates or Tentative Rates for the extension period. In event rates so established would develop Current Contract Value immediately prior to such an extension that is less than Current Contract Value at that time, Flat Rates and Tentative Rates in effect immediately prior to extension shall be retained for the extension period. In consideration for granting an extension, Purchaser shall pay the Government for Purchaser’s failure to cut and remove timber meeting Utilization Standards prior to Contract Term Extension, an amount that shall be the total of the costs to the Government resulting from the delay in harvest of Included Timber. Such costs will be determined by Forest Service and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Extended Term Tenant shall have the option to extend the Term for two (2) consecutive five (5) year periods (the "FIRST EXTENDED TERM" and "SECOND EXTENDED TERM", respectively) on all the terms and conditions contained in this Lease including, without limitation, continuation of the adjustment of the Base Rent on an annual basis as provided in Section 3.3 below (provided only that upon commencement of the First Extended Term the only remaining option to extend the Term shall be the Second Extended Term and upon exercise of the option with respect to the Second Extended Term, no further right to extend the Term shall exist). Tenant shall deliver, if at all, written notice of its exercise of the option ("OPTION NOTICE") to Landlord at least six (6) months but not more than one (1) year before the expiration of the Term or First Extended Term, as the case may be. In the event Tenant fails to deliver the applicable Option Notice within the time allowed, Landlord shall deliver written notice to Tenant of Tenant's failure to deliver the Option Notice, and Tenant shall then have thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice within which to deliver the Option Notice, if at all, to Landlord. In the event (and only in the event) that, Tenant fails to deliver an Option Notice to Landlord within such thirty (30) days, Tenant shall be considered to have elected not to extend the Term of this Lease and thereafter, Tenant shall have no further right to extend the Term of this Lease. References in this Lease to the "Term" shall include the initial Term of fifteen (15) years and shall, in addition, include the First Extended Term and the Second Extended Term, if applicable.

  • Term, Termination and Renewal The initial term of this Agreement shall be defined in the Scope of Service or Payment Schedule above. If the services provided are for an annual rate and extend for multiple years, PROFESSIONAL will prorate the first year of the agreement to match the fiscal year for the CLIENT, followed by consecutive, 12-month periods. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive terms which consist of a twelve (12) month period, subject to earlier termination as set forth in this Agreement or upon written notification by either party thirty (30) days prior to the end of a term. If, for any reason, this Agreement is terminated prior to the end of a term, any waived or discounted fees or specified promotional items provided by PROFESSIONAL shall be invoiced by PROFESSIONAL and paid by CLIENT.

  • Term Renewal and Termination 14.1. This Agreement shall, with respect to the Portfolio, become effective as of the date first above written and shall remain in force for two years thereafter, and for successive annual periods thereafter but only so long as each such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by (1) a majority of the Directors of the Company who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of any such parties (other than as Directors of the Company), by vote cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval; or (2) a vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) of such Portfolio. It shall be the duty of the Directors of the Company to request and evaluate, and the duty of the Manager and Sub-Adviser to furnish, such information as may be reasonably necessary to evaluate the terms of this Agreement and any renewal hereof.
