Automobile Allowance And Transportation. Employees who travel on a public carrier (including without limitation MUNI or BART) on City Business shall be reimbursed for such travel or provided with the lowest cost “Muni Only” fast passes the employee is eligible to receive. Employees provided with MUNI fast passes will not be reimbursed for BART expenses unless City Business requires the employee to travel outside of the City and County of San Francisco.
