Automobile Services. In the event that Lycos elects not to ------------------- exercise its election as described in Section 6.5 by the Three Month Anniversary of the Launch Date, then Lycos agrees that, notwithstanding any other provisions of this Section 8 or elsewhere in this Agreement, (i) the top level page of the Co-branded Site shall include links from Co-branded Content concerning automobile services to pages served by Autoweb from the Autoweb Site provided that such pages (i.e., the "Services Pages") do not provide offerings or advertising of or for Prohibited Content. Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict Autoweb's placement of links on the Services Pages to any other page of the Autoweb Site. Autoweb shall receive page view credit for all page views of the Autoweb Site.

Automobile Services. (1) Responsible for helping Party A check and assess vehicles and synchronize the checking and assessment results with Party A. (2) Responsible for organizing and accompanying customers to undergo automobile ownership registration. If the owner of the motor vehicle register certificate is not under such a customer, Party A’s prior written consent shall be obtained. (3) Responsible for helping Party A verify the automotive insurances bought by a customer, including but not limited to car loss insurance, robbery and theft insurance or GPS product liability insurance and third party liability insurance, and the first beneficiary of the policy shall be Party A and/or a third party designated by Party A. Of which, the insurance amount of the car loss insurance, robbery and theft insurance or GPS product liability insurance shall not be less than the loan amount, while the insurance amount of third party liability insurance shall be no less than RMB100,000, and the insurance period shall cover the loan period. (4) Responsible for undergoing the registration for security interest of automobile collateral or release such security interest, and undertake the losses of Party A or Party A’s partner financial institution resulted from the defects of the collateral or Party B’s fault. If the secured party entrusts Party B or any third party institution designated by Party B to keep the automobile registration certificate of security interest, Party B shall not return the certificate to the customer without Party A’s confirmation. (5) Responsible for daily management and monitoring of vehicles, including but not limited to installing GPS on vehicles, monitoring GPS data and sending GPS data per Party A’s requirements, if any abnormity is discovered, Party B shall report to Party A in writing on the next day of the date of knowing or should have known such abnormity, and take risk management and asset preservation measures per Party A’s requirements.

  • Automobile The Company agrees to reimburse the Employee up to $750.00 per month, as such amount may be increased from time to time consistent with the Company’s reimbursement policy for the Senior Management of the Company to cover Employee’s expenses in connection with his leasing or ownership of an automobile. Additionally, the Company will pay for the gas used for business purposes. All maintenance and insurance expense for the automobile shall be the responsibility of the Employee.

  • Car 7.1 You will be provided you with a car of suitable age, make, model and specification during the continuance of your employment in accordance with the policy laid down by the Company from time to time and the Company shall pay all standing and running costs relating to it (including the cost of fuel for private mileage) but not any taxable benefit arising. You shall comply with all rules laid down by the Company in relation to Company vehicles, notify the Company immediately of any accident involving your car and of any charge brought against you for a motoring offence and, unless otherwise agreed, shall return the car to your place of work forthwith on termination of your employment.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Company Automobile During the Term, the Company shall provide Executive use of a Company automobile with a lease value of up to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,500.00) per month for Executive’s business or personal use, less any required taxes or withholdings.

  • Automobile Insurance The contractor/consultant/service provider shall maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. COI must show “All Autos”.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.
