Management and Monitoring. 10.1. The Partners will deliver the Agreed Activity during the Funding Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 10.2. Each Partner shall monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of its delivery of the Agreed Activity (including quality, performance and impact monitoring) in accordance with the HLO’s and the Arts Council’s reasonable requirements (including the Performance Framework), as shall be provided by the HLO to the other Partners, and as may be amended from time to time, and each Partner shall immediately inform the HLO in writing of anything that delays or threatens or makes unlikely the successful delivery of the Agreed Activity or any part of it. 10.3. The Partners shall co-operate fully and provide such assistance and all information as required under this Agreement or as may be requested by the HLO or the Arts Council or their respective auditors for the purpose of: (a) monitoring and review of this Agreement; (b) the examination and certification of the GMBD Music Hub accounts; (c) enabling the HLO to comply with the Funding Agreement and Grant Conditions.

Management and Monitoring. Management and monitoring are real-time service provided by Sprint's Secure Network Operations Centers (SNOC). Services include: 24 hours per day, seven days per week ("7 x 24 x 365") proactive monitoring, change request support, network management, configuration management, customer reporting and alert notifications as deemed necessary. Depending on the product, different levels of management may be offered.
Management and Monitoring. Service management, for the purpose of monitoring and maintenance shall be the responsibility of Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, working in close coordination with the Service’s Ecological Services Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Office and with the cooperation of HRSD. Monitoring shall occur annually during the three years following completion of the xxxx and then every three-five years thereafter, or as may be specified in any subsequent, related, superior legal instrument. Monitoring shall be made with respect to the integrity and function of the structure, public use, trespass, signage, and other issues that need addressing. Monitoring results shall be expressed in a written report detailing the date, party, what was observed, the results of the inspection, and recommended management and maintenance actions. Reports shall be distributed electronically to the signature parties to this agreement. Maintenance and repair shall be performed by the Service on an as-needed basis in cooperation with HRSD. In the event that maintenance or repair is needed, HRSD may perform related service without the Service, or; the Service will coordinate directly with HRSD to obtain concurrence before undertaking any action, unless the need for such coordination is waived by HRSD or made unnecessary by any subsequent, related, superior legal instrument. The Service is prohibited by law from making obligations that exceed available funds, and therefore the Service can only do that work which is funded. In the event funds are not available to do the recommended maintenance activities within the period of time or in the manner described in the monitoring report, the Service will notify the Cooperator of that fact.
